Job Responsibilities:
1.Area coverage in accordance to the range available in the
- Explore
- Meeting segment wise / application wise customer
- New market penetration
2. Prepare Pipeline Tracker (PT) and Daily reporting to PH/Target Pool.
- Coverage/visit must reflect in Pipeline Tracker
- Customer status up gradation on daily basis in Pipeline Tracker
- Daily Pipeline report to PH and Pipeline Tracker Coordinator
3. Monthly Target setting based on the Pipeline Tracker
- Individual Target to set by SE/SO himself/herself in close supervision of PH
- Based on Pipeline Tracker
- New market development
- Niche market coverage
- Monthly Target Vs Achievement analysis (why achieved; why not achieved) to report to PH
- Two months target to fix in advance so that vehicle ordering cycle could be kept in tandem in coordination with PH
4. New customer (potential) addition in the Pipeline
- In line to Monthly target need to check how many new addition is required in PT need to define in coordination with PH
- Achieving the “new addition” target will also be reckon while appraising
- Customer STATUS in Pipeline Tracker need updated correctly on daily basis
5. Lost customer reporting to PH
- Loss to competition will be analyzed separately from Kathmandu but major responsibility of SO/SE is to capture such customer monthly
- Active participation in the Market
- Reporting of Registration Data from concerned Territory Transport Office
6. Activities Planning & Execution
- Monthly activities in the areas look after need to be defined
- At least 7 working days a month need to involve in activities like Demo, CM, trial etc.
- Activities reporting based on effectiveness and customer coverage
- Activities plan should share before 7 days with Agenda and itinerary to PH.
7. Receivable collection
- Receivable collection is the sole responsibility of concerned sales officer
- Timely recovery will be major parameter while appraising
